Where We Ship From

We ship from two locations depending on the item(s) you order:

The origin of your shipment will be noted on your order confirmation email. If your order contains items from both locations, they may arrive in separate packages.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. These are estimates and not guarantees — delays due to carrier issues, customs (for international shipments), or peak seasons may occasionally occur.

Note on Italy shipments: Items shipped directly from Italy may be subject to customs processing, which is outside our control. This can occasionally add additional time to delivery. We'll always provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right for you.
