How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has begun processing.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Most orders ship from our location in Texas and arrive within 3–5 business days. Select items — particularly our Made in Italy pieces — ship directly from Italy and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Your confirmation email will note which applies to your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.

My order includes multiple items — will they arrive together?

If your order contains items shipping from both Texas and Italy, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You'll receive individual tracking for each shipment.
